firstly it arrived completely damaged and the glass sash broken. There is structural damage to the steel frame as it was impacted very hard during transit. It was badly damaged because the supplier used almost zero protective packaging, a tiny amount of bubble wrap for an item weighing over 130kg. It cost me $200 to repair the flowhood, which the supplier paid half.
Second to that, there is a gap behind the face plate and main unit meaning unfiltered dirty air can enter through the top of the flowhood. I have had to tape this gap to prevent contaminants entering.
The product and company are a solid 1*. They’re cheap and their products and service reflect the price.
